Summer Nights at The Globe
The Old Globe is where you'll want to be this summer!
Arrive early and you’ll find the Copley Plaza abuzz with activity.
Experience our new community picnic tables, inviting atmosphere, live entertainment
and discussions, food specials, late-night hangouts, and so much more.
Music and Insights
On select Tuesdays you can catch a local musician or community group performing at the Copley Plaza. And on Tuesdays June 16, July 7, and August 4, there will be a Vicki and Carl Zeiger Insight Seminar, featuring in-depth conversations about our stage productions.
Shakespeare in the Garden
Learn more about Measure for Measure and Much Ado About Nothing from local Shakespeare and theatre experts. From stage combat and sound to the language and themes of Shakespeare, you’ll learn it all at these informative talks on select Fridays in the Craig Noel Garden.
Late Night Happy Hour at Lady Carolyn's Pub
Stick around after the show and socialize with fellow theatre enthusiasts (and maybe an actor or two!). On July 10-11 and Aug. 14-15, the pub will stay open an hour after the performance offering 20 percent off all beverages. Select food items will also be available.
Plus!
Picnic baskets: Whether you’re bringing the family or making it a date night, Lady Carolyn’s Pub has you covered with picnic baskets. Pre-order a mix of sandwiches, a nibbles platter, truffle chips, and an option for wine, beer, or non-alcoholic drinks. Items will be ready for pickup starting 90 minutes before your scheduled performance time. Orders must be placed at least one day before your scheduled performance online.
Ice cream: New this year! CVT soft serve ice cream and other frozen treats will be sold at the pub.
